Affiliates in Plastic Surgery, LLC (“the Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality services and products to our patients. Due to the nature of our services and the types of products sold, we have established the following return and refund policy.

 

1. Products.

 

a. Non-Returnable Products.  For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, all product sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to: skincare products, cosmetic creams, and any other consumable or personal-use items. Once a product has been opened, used, or otherwise removed from its original packaging, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

 

b. Defective or Damaged Products.  If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase or receipt of the item. You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage. If deemed appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

 

2. Services.

 

a. Cosmetic and Medical Services.  Payments for services, including but not limited to cosmetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers) and surgical consultations and procedures, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Any dissatisfaction with service outcomes should be discussed directly with your provider, and remedies will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with professional standards of care.

 

b. Prepayments and Deposits. Certain services may require prepayments or deposits to secure appointments or procedures. Prepayments and deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least seven (7) days in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

 

3. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds.  While we aim to maintain a clear and consistent policy, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion under extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing contact@affiliatesinplasticsurgery.com.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request.  To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us through the following means:

Please provide the following information: (1) Your full name and contact information, (2) a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and (3) a description of the issue, including photographs if applicable. We will review your request and respond within five (5) business days.

 

5. No Warranty on Outcomes.  The Practice makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of cosmetic or medical treatments. Individual results may vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to medical history, adherence to aftercare instructions, and individual physiological differences.

 

6. Governing Law.  This Return and Refund Policy is governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to any choice or conflict of law principles.  With respect to any disputes or claims related to or arising from this Refund and Return Policy, you agree not to commence or prosecute any action in connection therewith other than in the state and federal courts in Virginia, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts in Virginia.

 

7. Updates to This Policy.  We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website and will govern all purchases and services moving forward.
